Our beginnings date back to 1995, with the foundation of Caspian Securities Argentina, a subsidiary of a broker-dealer specialized in emerging markets. Two years later, Eduardo Tapia acquires the control of the company creates Raymond James Argentina in a joint venture with US investment bank Raymond James. This venture continued until 2016 when Eduardo Tapia acquired the controlling stake and founded AR Partners.
Since the beginnings in 1997, the company maintains the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism, a result of the alliances established with international, NYSE-listed partners, which operate under strict rules of compliance.

Eduardo is the president and controlling shareholder. He co-founded Raymond James Argentina in 1998 and RJ Delta in 2005. The latter became Delta Asset Management in 2016, where Eduardo is a director and one of the principal shareholders. He is also president and controlling shareholder of Latin Securities and Latin Advisors, securities broker, and financial advisory agent in Uruguay. Previously, he was executive director of Caspian Securities, CEO of Baring Securities Argentina, and director of Barings Securities in London.
Since 2016, he has been a director at BYMA (Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos), was director of the Merval between 2014 and 2016, and vice president of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange between 2008 and 2012. He has a BA in Geology from the University of Buenos Aires.
Diego has been CEO since and has worked in AR Partners for the past ten years. Before taking his current role, he held leadership positions in the Research and Sales & Research departments. Previously, he was CFO at Consultatio, a leading real estate developed in Argentina and Head Latin American Portfolio Manager and y Commercial Director at Consultatio Asset Management.
He has a BA in Economics from the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA), and a Master of Economics from the Di Tella University. He is a CFA charterholder.
Hernan joined AR Partners in 2018. He had been the investment strategist at Alchemy Valores since 2014. Previously, he worked for 14 years at CLSA, the leading independent broker in Asia as Head of Oil&Gas Research en Latin America (Buenos Aires), Head of Latin American Research (Sao Pablo), Head of Asian Oil&Gas Research y Global Head of Oil&Gas Research (London and Singapore). He has a BA in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, an MBA from CEMA University, and is CFA charterholder.
Helena joined AR Partners in 2016. She has over 20 years of experience in institutional sales covering Latin American markets. Previously, she held senior positions in BBVA, Merrill Lynch, Raymond James, and Citigroup both in New York and Buenos Aires. She has a degree in Business Administration from Webster Vienna University (Austria) and a master's degree in International Finance from Columbia University School of International & Public Affairs (New York).
Daniela has been AR Partners' Chief Operating Officer since 2004, having joined Caspian Securities Argentina in 1998. She oversees the Legal, Administration, and Back Office departments and is a member of the Money Laundry Prevention Committee. Previously, she worked at Invest Capital and y Valfinsa. She is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires and has an MBA from CEMA University.
Manuel joined AR Partners in 2020. Prior to joining AR Partners, Manuel was Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he served a broad range of leadership roles including Head of Equity Capital Markets for Latin America and Head of Investment Banking for Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. Manuel has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and a Master’s degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
